Dear Quick Gowns, I just got off the phone with Phil, one of your sales representatives. I called to tell him how much I loved the Sadie gown I purchased. My wedding was on January 19, 2008. I called a couple of times in December and pestered Phil with my questions on color, sizes, and measurements. I have worked in the hospitality/restaurant business (on the corporate side) for over 6 years and friendly service is really invaluable to any business. Phil was very warm and personable. While I felt somewhat self-conscious about how little I knew about selecting a wedding gown, Phil put me at ease right away with his warm, friendly, and reassuring tone. He encouraged me to get measured properly, then he helped me find the right size gown, taking in account the lace-up corset, and assured me that it would be shipped right away. I received the dress in only a few days and was extremely pleased! I know that for many brides, a wedding gown is a huge decision and purchasing a gown online, sight unseen, from an unfamiliar company—may seem risky. I am a savvy shopper and look for style, quality and value. The gown that I received delivered on all of these. The dress was exactly as pictured, fit marvelously, and was everything I hoped for. So many of my friends and family gushed about how beautiful my dress was. I’m attaching some photos of my wedding. Phil, I just wanted to thank you SO much for all of your help. I got my dress today! I've been a little worried since I didn't even get to try it on since purchasing online, but it is absolutely gorgeous. You were right--the 10 is a little big towards the top, but that can be fixed easily. Everyone loves this dress so much better than the first one I got for $200 more and everyone thinks this one seems much better quality. I know this was terribly last minute with my wedding in just a few days, so you have no idea how much I appreciate you getting it shipped out so quickly to me. The Jade wedding dress is absolutely stunning. There are touches of silver in the bodice embroidery that I didn't notice on the website which made this even more perfect for me. The quality is just stunning and it fitted perfectly, straight out of the box, no adjustments needed! Everyone was saying what a gorgeous dress I had on my wedding day as well. I would like to thank Zinnia Bridal for all their help and hope they continue to produce such great quality dresses at such great prices, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Hannah

My cousin really thought it was the end of the world when she hadn't found a dress nearly three weeks before her wedding. Hi Phil! Just wanted to say I got the dress yesterday! It was delivered to my parents and we were astonished on how you managed to fit that big dress in that little box! Anyways, I tried it on and it fits absolutely perfect on the bust, waist and hips just as you had recommended. The only thing I have to alter is the length (I'm short! Haha) so I'm REALLY pleased! The quality is amazing and it's exactly what I wanted. Thanks again for the quick delivery and awesome customer service. I have a few friends getting married in the next 2 years so will be recommending you for sure! I bought my dress and got married almost a year and a half ago and I bought the dress on Ebay, so I couldn’t remember who the seller was. I had a great experience with your store. The representative answered all of my emails promptly about sizing and alterations because I’m 5’1”. I had such a hard time finding unique, beautiful dresses that met my requirement of having sleeves. On my wedding day, there were dozens of other brides getting married and my dress was by far the most gorgeous and one-of-a-kind! I got so many compliments from other wedding parties and my husband loved it, of course! I’m attaching a picture of me in the dress. I just wanted you to know that you made such an impression on me that I had to come look you up a year and a half later! Also, the dress was so inexpensive, only $200, which is an incredible bargain for a wedding gown! And shipping was very fast and compact. My mother-in-law did have to alter the shoulders and make little tucks in the skirt to pull the hem up, but as you can see in the pictures, it turned out absolutely gorgeous! Tori

I received my dress today and it is absolutely beautiful. The beadwork was very different than what I was expecting. Your pictures are great but sometimes they don't show every little detail. It was, I think, more beautiful and more detailed/extravagant than I expected. I am definitely glad Jason talked me into buying through you. You made my Ebay experience and dress shopping experience the best it could be. As for the size.....IT WAS PERFECT!! Well, almost. I am going to have to take the top in (of course) but the waist and hips fit perfectly. Thank you so much for your help and suggesting a larger size. I don't know what I would have done without you. You were right about the dress it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! I loved it in the picture, but the real thing has left me speechless!!! Thanks for advice with the size, it fits me perfect!
