If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a wedding dress or bridesmaid gown, you may exchange it for the correct size, or you may return it for a full refund!*
In order to have the best possible experience, we strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online. Please do not purchase based on the size you wear in regular clothing. Each bridal gown manufacturer creates a unique size chart. It is unlikely you will purchase the correct size without first checking your measurements against the appropriate size chart. If you have any questions about sizing, please call or email us. Please remember that tailoring is necessary for all quality garments to achieve the best possible fit.
*Please fill out a return/exchange request form for an RMA# before you ship your gown back. Any packages sent without a valid RMA# written on the outside of the box will be refused. All Exchanges must be POSTMARKED within 5 days of receipt for you to be eligible for an exchange. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns and exchanges must be in perfect, brand new condition, which means no smoke or perfume scents, no makeup stains, no alternations, etc. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom ordered dresses, bridesmaid gowns, shoes, or veils. All undergarments (bras, slips, etc.), accessories (gloves, veils, etc.), and personal items are a final sale, and we cannot issue refunds on these items. Orders cancelled before shipment will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
