We have the BEST return policy in the business! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a wedding dress or bridesmaid dress, you may exchange it for the correct size, or you may return it for a full refund!*
In order to have the best possible experience, we strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any wedding dresses online. Please do not purchase based on the size you wear in regular clothing. Each gown manufacturer creates a unique size chart. It is unlikely you will purchase the correct size without first checking your measurements against the appropriate size chart. If you have any questions about sizing, please call or email us. Please remember that tailoring is necessary for all quality garments -- including your bridal dress -- to achieve the best possible fit.
*Please fill out a return/exchange request form for an RMA# before you ship your gown back. We must be contacted by email before returning your item. We will then give you an RMA#. Any packages sent without a valid RMA# written clearly on the outside of the box will be refused. We strongly recommend doing all of this within THE FIRST 3 DAYS of receipt of your item, to allow enough time for shipping and handling. All Exchanges or Returns must be received back by us within 14 days of your original purchase date to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns and exchanges must be returned to us in the perfect, brand new condition they were sent. Most returns sent to us are in perfect, brand new condition and we issue a full refund on those dresses (less shipping charges). However, please note that if your gown is damaged in any of the following ways, it will not be eligible for returning, and we will issue no refund whatsoever to the buyer - smoke or strong perfume scents, makeup or body fluid stains, alterations, tearing in the lining or satin (caused by "forcing on" a gown that doesn't fit), or damage of any kind not mentioned that would effective make the dress unfit for resale as a "new gown." Quickgowns Management alone reserves the right to make this determination of damage. Please note that refusing a return is quite rare. Also note that each of our gowns receive a thorough written inspection prior to being sent to our brides, and the condition is carefully documented on each dress.
Restocking Fee - A more recent problem we have been having is with brides who send back their wedding dress for a refund, but who showed little regard for keeping the gown clean and "hair free." We then receive gowns that are either dirty at the hem, and/or are covered in pet or human hair. This is not acceptable. We will charge up to a 50% restocking fee on any dress sent back to us that needs to be cleaned, for any reason. Pictures will be taken, and a reasonable cost determined by Quickgowns will be deducted from the refund amount. If we determine the dirt, hair, and grime to be too severe for us to correct, we reserve the right to refuse the return based on this "damage."
We recommend extreme care until you decide for certain that you are going to be keeping your wedding gown. While the above mentioned problems are rare, we feel a clear return policy is best to prevent future misunderstandings.
